FREE Landlord Insurance Plus+

You may not know this, but TICA is not just the biggest and best Tenancy Database in Australia but they also offer some great insurance packages at very reasonable prices.

Our favourite Landlord insurance policy is TICA’s LANDLORDS EXTRA PROTECTION Plus+ This policy offers cover that we simply don’t see with many other landlord protection insurance policies.

Our favourite bits

  • Landlord’s contents up to $60,000
  • Loss of rent for 52 weeks
  • Rent arrears up to 15 weeks (hardship, absconding)
  • Liability for $20,000,000


We like this policy so much we are offering LANDLORDS EXTRA PROTECTION Plus+ for FREE with every Tenancy we move into your property under our All-in-Plus+ and ESSENTIALS Plus+ management packages. This includes FREE policy renewal every year the tenant renews their lease.

So how do you get it?

  1. If you have a vacant property, simply select one of our Plus+ Packages and complete the insurance application form and we will handle the rest.
  2. Already have a tenant? No problems, if your tenant is not in arrears, on the first lease renewal we will also cover you for Landlord insurance.


  • Management fee 8% plus gst
  • Full service property management.
  • We manage rent collection, maintenance management, lease and tenancy management.
  • Nothing for you to do, we contact you for approvals.


  • Management fee 7% plus gst
  • Full service property management except you pay your own rates and taxes (shire rates, water rates, strata levies, land tax).
  • We manage rent collection, maintenance management, lease and tenancy management.
  • You pay the property accounts.

We reserve the right to change policy offerings if TICA withdraw or modify this package, or if we find a better policy. You will always be kept in the loop before the policy is due for renewal.
